Social Selling transformation program for the 16 people from the Direct Sales Department.
Results after a 6-month pilot:
  • 480 new publications on LinkedIn
  • The average number of saved leads in Poland is 7.2 times higher than other EMEA users outside the Future Sales Program
  • people visited Polish participants' LinkedIn profiles around 158 more times than other EMEA users outside the Future Sales Program
  • Participants rated the usefulness of the Future Sales Program in their sales work at 92%.
  • NPS which indicated the level of recommendation to other salespeople reached 91 points.
