We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to drive success for partners and distributors throughout this structured program. You’ll play a key role in ensuring they stay engaged, see measurable impact, and feel fully supported every step of the way.

Role Overview
As a Partner Success Manager you will serve as the primary driver of success for the partner and distributor network. You’ll onboard, guide, and support participants through the full program lifecycle — from training activation to KPI achievement and certification. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, metric-driven, and process- and project-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
🔹 Program Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including quarterly and weekly schedules
-Â Coordinate and facilitate recurring meetings (weekly updates, quarterly reviews).
- Weekly tracking and reporting of progress across key KPIs (training, publications, and content engagement)
- Own the creation of all pre- and post-meeting documentation: Presentation decks, Progress reports, Meeting summaries
- Handle all formalities related to project execution, including order processing and documentation required for program settlement and compliance
🔹 Partner Onboarding & Enablement
- Conduct structured onboarding sessions for new partners and distributors: (sales, marketing, and technical roles)
- Deliver live platform demonstrations to activate participants
- Ensure complete activation and setup of all program tools and platforms.
🔹 Engagement & Group Performance Coaching
- Co-lead scheduled group meetings during the program and present progress and selected parts of the presentations
- Use dashboards and scorecards to coach on performance and reinforce best practices
🔹 Communication & Retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries and needs throughout the program lifecycle.
- Deliver proactive, personalized communications to drive engagement (nudges, check-ins, reminders).
- Drive partner transformation by identifying evolving needs and recommending relevant upsell opportunities beyond the initial program phase.
🔹 Certification & Referrals
- Maintain a certification tracker to monitor partner eligibility.
- Issue certificates to qualified participants at the end of the program cycle.
- Identify and nurture top-performing partners into advocates: collect testimonials, encourage referrals and success stories.
🔹 Communication With Program Stakeholders
- Lead internal status meetings within the program Stakeholders
- Prepare and present overall performance dashboards

Internal stakeholders (status updates, impact summaries)
External audiences (newsletters, promotional materials)
Requirements

Min. 2 years of experience in client success management

Experience with B2B sales or LinkedIn-based marketing is a plus

Proactive, structured, open-minded approach, with problem-solving and agile attitude (working in sprints)

Ability to manage multiple partners across different countries and time zones (multitasking)

Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, LinkedIn, LMS platforms, and HubSpot
