This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing and sales in the B2B sector, seeking to develop their skills in partner management and digital sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:Ā 
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with Dell Technologies Partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Onboarding and Platforms Training: Oversee the onboarding process for partners, providing comprehensive training and resources to maximize their engagement with the program.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues faced by partners, maintaining a high level of partner satisfaction.
  • Retention and Renewal: Develop and offer continuity packages to partners post the initial program phase, ensuring sustained engagement and success.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze partner usage of the program, regularly providing summaries and insights on partner performance.
  • Advocacy and Referrals: Encourage successful partners to become brand advocates, leading to increased referrals and business opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in partner management, particularly in the IT or digital marketing sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital selling tools and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using modern digital tools and platforms.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages spoken in the CEE region are a plus.
